Brought my 2015 Ecodiesel in for repair, and I have nothing but good to say about Diesel Tech Services. They went above and beyond during the process to ensure that I was well-informed, and took care of me with a loaner truck for a full week. I greatly appreciate their honesty, excellent communication, and kindness. Bo, especially, was always prompt to respond to my texts and emails - and excellent at explaining the situation. Highly recommended.

BEWARE!!! All of the reviews stating this place is great are not real or old.Diesel Tech Services USED TO BE great. Something has changed in a big way. My 7.3 was under power and trying to to die. They diagnosed it as a fuel pump and replaced it. When I go to pick it up, the truck is running exactly the same as when I dropped it off (TRYNG TO DIE). So I leave it and voice my concerns. 2nd diagnosis shows number 1 injector. They replace it and it runs fine. Injectors were replaced 6 months prior. So why did I need a new fuel pump? They stated it was both components that failed. Interesting. 1500 dollars later after I pick up my truck, I hook up a trailer and start driving. On IH35 a turbo hose blows off with loud pop! It was the turbo hose that had to be removed when replacing the number 1 injector. Bottom hose clamp wasn't tight! The next day oil puddles are under my truck! When you walk in the front office and there are 5 office employees.... that was my first sign that I should have turned around. 5 office people that is some serious overhead. I've had the pleasure of working with Diesel Tech Services twice now, and I'm consistently impressed by their old-school customer service. They truly go the extra mile for their clients. Recently, I purchased a used truck for my company and wanted to ensure it was mechanically sound and up-to-date on all PM services. Before reaching out to Diesel Tech Services, I contacted four other diesel shops in the Austin area to minimize the logistical burden on my team. Unfortunately, two were Ram dealerships with unresponsive service departments, and the other two simply wouldn't answer the phone. Frustrated, I decided to call Diesel Tech Services, knowing it would require additional effort to coordinate the drop-off and pick-up. However, they answered promptly and immediately scheduled an appointment. When I retrieved the truck, the price was very reasonable for the extensive work performed. They were also transparent about any issues they discovered. Moving forward, Diesel Tech Services will be my exclusive choice for my diesel fleet vehicle maintenance needs.

Took my van in to these guys to get an overall check up on previous mechanics repairs. They charged me a diagnostic of the problem, which I had already told them what was going on and they simply repeated that back to me when I picked the vehicle up. Well later I decided to make repairs myself to find out they didn't look anything over and completely missed that the water pump pullie was badly bent.... I felt ripped off by the lack of attention and lack of diagnosis on there part. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here.

Very good and decent , I was there this morning for a a/c electric problem with my 2012 frightliner cascadia truck, they found the issue and recharged with freon, family owned, not 15 minutes passed from time I got there and owner jumped on my truck right away and started working on it, I highly recommend it.
